How to manage tickets and passes
Each list is organized by latest submission. So the first page always shows the latest submission. To efficiently manage submissions, please make sure you edit the “Paid $275 Ticket Fee” or “Did they complete their registration?” as soon as a submission comes in, as this is not automatically populated. You will know if someone has paid if you receive an order email with the payment amount on it. Otherwise, they may be a non-paying government/industry attendee.
Non-paying government individuals may have their registration fee waived for several reasons: they are a speaker or panelist, or sponsored by a company who has government passes included in their sponsorship package.
Non-paying industry individuals may have their registration fee waived for several reasons: they are a speaker or panelist, or they are an industry pass user under a sponsored company’s package, which may include full access industry passes.
Some sponsor companies may want to bring more people than their sponsorship package allows. They will have to pay extra for those passes. Please send them to Brian Eck and cc everyone on the DCTF Team to be invoiced.
