The forum runs over four days in Dublin, Ireland and includes a line-up of distinguished panelists and presenters, working groups, trainings and breakout sessions.   Each evening there are social events scheduled to facilitate further networking and collaboration among the delegates.

I. CONFERENCE PASS ALLOCATION

Allocate Your Sponsor Company Passes

Please allocate your four sponsor passes by submitting your request to invite your team through the submission button below by March 01, 2022. A registration link will be sent directly to your team members asking them to register for the event.

Invite Government Customers

You may only bring up to five government customers to the event. We will process your requests and will liaise with them directly.

Note: If one of your customers declines an invitation you’ll be able to re-submit the form and request to invite another customer.

II. Hotel Accommodations

NOTE: The Shelbourne Dublin is offering a group rate of EUR 389/per night based on single occupancy including full Irish breakfast

III. PRESENTATIONS

Manage Your Tech Talk Presentation

Your presenter will have 30 minutes on the main stage for his/her presentation. We will reach out to your presenter to discuss the topic of the presentation to ensure that it’s aligned with the forum themes.

Main Stage Set Up: The stage will have a lectern with a mic and a large screen behind it to show your slides. A lapel mic will also be available, if required.  A timer will be placed in front of the stage. Bottles of water, pens, and notepads will also be provided for the presenter.  A dry run will be held on Monday afternoon, April 11, 2022 where presenters will be able to familiarize themselves with the stage set up.

WHAT WE NEED FROM EACH SPEAKER

Manage Your Customer Training Session

Our team will periodically send you the training sign up lists closer to the forum start date so you can share read-ahead materials with the trainees.

Training Session-Set Up: Training will take place in one of the large break out rooms.  A table, tablecloth, two chairs and a plasma screen, and HDMI cord will be provided. Please ensure to bring an HDMI adapter if required. We will also ensure there is a strong WIFI connection for your session and plenty of power strips for attendees. Refreshments will also be served. The trainer should arrive at the designated breakout room 15 minutes prior to the start time to allow time for set up.

Please find attached, the exhibitor manual with set up details and shipping instructions for your tabletop display. Please take a look at the floor plan in the exhibitor manual and let us know which tabletop you would like to reserve.

Manage Your One-sided Thought Piece/Advertisement for Forum Guide

Please submit your one-sided thought leadership piece or advertisement for the Forum Guide, by Tuesday, March 1, 2022 for the Planning Team to print.
